• ChatGPT Enterprise is now available to U.S. federal agencies for $1/year. A new product, ChatGPT Gov, offers a secure option for government use.

• OpenAI released gpt-oss-120b and gpt-oss-20b, its first open-weight models since GPT-2.

• Features like Study Mode and “Study Together” promote collaboration and active learning.

• OpenAI is using Google AI chips, expanding data residency options in Asia, and planning a major data center under “Project Stargate.”

The platform now processes 2.5 billion prompts daily. By combining AI agents, stronger infrastructure, and model diversity, OpenAI aims to secure ChatGPT’s role across enterprise, education, and public sector workflows—while scaling responsibly in a competitive global AI market.
